Red Horse Beer Muziklaban Grand Finals TVC

Now on it’s 13th year, the number one band competition in the country, the Red Horse Beer PambansangMuziklaban Grand Finals will be held in Aseana City, Macapagal Avenue on January 28, 2012.

I love it that Pepe Smith is the Circus grandmaster in the TVC. Lovi Poe as an acrobat swings from a cloth and amazes everyone. It’s like vaudeville with the volume turned up! The video includes Wilabaliw, Greyhoundz, Slapshock, Kjwan, Razorback and Ely Buendia.

It’s going to be a Rock and Roll Circus where several bands are line-up to play. There’s going to be an extreme sports exhibition and live tattoo demonstrations by Chris Garcia! (Maybe I’ll finally get a tattoo, hehe — hi Mom!)

The 2011 Red Horse Beer Pambansang Muziklaban Grand Champion will get P1Million worth of Prizes:

• Cash Prize  – P500,000.00 cash tax free
• Band Start-up Support for Music Video / Album production  – P300,000.00
• Year Long Gigs /  Red Horse Beer endorsement contract – P200,000.00

*There is also an award for Best Original Red Horse Beer Song Composition worth P50,000.00 cash tax free

The finalists Curbside (Manila), Mind of Clay (Legaspi City), Zephaniah (Baguio), Leviticus (Cebu) and David Vs. Goliath (Davao), will be battling it out for the grand prize!
